Welcoming staff very nice. They will help you as the can.
parking. my vehicle here is succesful and on next day morning. My car get summon I was not told about it if I wanted to park in front of the hotel. the hotel needs to provide the parking coupon at the counter. It's inconvenient for me to go somewhere to pay for the parking summon. waste time for the journey that I have planned.

1. No TV remote in room 2. Toilet bowl with stains 3. Poor sound proof system, easily being awaken by noises from corridor in midnight 4. Room black out x2 (but luckily technical people came within 5 mins)

Swimming pool cleanliness and facilities could be improved.
Swimming pool cleanliness and facilities could be improved. Room towels had to be brought to the swimming pool and when we tried to request to change, housekeeping almost denied us saying that we just check in and thus, changing towel is not allowed. Basic things like drinking water could be provided via water dispenser. More in-house parking facilities please. If need customer to park outside which requires parking coupons, clear signage at reception indicating the days/ hours of enforcement would be most helpful. The sales of parking coupons could also be additional bonus. Many guests were caught unaware that weekends are also included in the enforcement. Generally ok but with the weekend room rate that we are paying, the facilities and services could be very much improved.

Though my stay is unplanned but it really makes me n family enjoyed our stay n might comesback there
The Staff from the front desk until the cafe n the chef also are friendly and also the housekeeping people are very observant n reliable...Good job Staff's...
The in-house phone for my room 101 not working n the drainage in the shower is slow...flood a little while we showering. The aircond setting panel needs inspection because seems like not working well...it can be sooo cold n can be warm....overall is good...the swimming poolarwa needs changing rooms.
