parking. my vehicle here is succesful and on next day morning. My car get summon I was not told about it if I wanted to park in front of the hotel. the hotel needs to provide the parking coupon at the counter. It's inconvenient for me to go somewhere to pay for the parking summon. waste time for the journey that I have planned.

1. Swimming pool for kid 2. Friendly services from staffs for inquiries

1. No TV remote in room 2. Toilet bowl with stains 3. Poor sound proof system, easily being awaken by noises from corridor in midnight 4. Room black out x2 (but luckily technical people came within 5 mins)

Swimming pool cleanliness and facilities could be improved. Room towels had to be brought to the swimming pool and when we tried to request to change, housekeeping almost denied us saying that we just check in and thus, changing towel is not allowed. Basic things like drinking water could be provided via water dispenser. More in-house parking facilities please. If need customer to park outside which requires parking coupons, clear signage at reception indicating the days/ hours of enforcement would be most helpful. The sales of parking coupons could also be additional bonus. Many guests were caught unaware that weekends are also included in the enforcement. Generally ok but with the weekend room rate that we are paying, the facilities and services could be very much improved.

The Staff from the front desk until the cafe n the chef also are friendly and also the housekeeping people are very observant n reliable...Good job Staff's...

The in-house phone for my room 101 not working n the drainage in the shower is slow...flood a little while we showering. The aircond setting panel needs inspection because seems like not working well...it can be sooo cold n can be warm....overall is good...the swimming poolarwa needs changing rooms.

Location is great. near to the town. room is comfort and cozy. have pool but mostly for a kids. overall is okay

in my opinion , 3 star hotel should give better with the price . but overall is okay. value for money.

We like how it had parking and was close to most things in melaka if u like walking

The noise level.. people will running down hallways at 2am and u could hear chairs and the pumbing of other rooms

Staff were welcoming and efficient.Nice refurbishments. Good wifi.

Some toilet seats might look clean on top. But if the bottom is checked, they might need to be changed.

The bed are cozy

The jug kettle are rusty. U need to change it. And for the car park u have to let customer know where to park. With wrong info like my experiencea. I got a ticket due of their Information Counter giving a wrong info where to park

stay this hotel coz very near to town , just walking in 10 minit to Dataran Pahlawan.

no parking when enter to this hotel.. and morning time need to top up coupon parking to avoid a summon from District Officer of Melaka.

Location was excellant. Aircon worked fine. Wi-Fi enough to send text messages. Goid sheltered parking but these were limited. We got the last lot when we arrived early.

Despite booking.com replying that I could check in early, this was not so. They could only give us 1 keycard for 2 of us. Room wasn't that clean . Bathroom had long black hair in bunches on the floor. Curtains were not all hooked on properly nor could they be totally closed against the sun. Tv channels were fuzzy.
